Don’t F with FAB! Is a public education and advocacy campaign to preserve current zoning protections serving the Arts & Creative Economy in Somerville. The current Fabrication district (FAB) zoning rules outline how much development is allowed as well as which uses are permitted in FAB buildings. Our goal is to inform the creative sector and its supporters about the current protections as well as potential zoning changes being put forth by both the City of Somerville and developers and how these changes could impact the arts.
